It's August. It's hot. Massive heat wave = power outages and no air conditioning at work. We left early one day, and did next to nothing another because it was too hot to put the computers on - we kept getting brownouts. They even brought over a portable A/C unit to try and cool things down, but it used too much electricity to make a difference. Fortunately it's over now, but it was not a pleasant experience.
