I haven't had a homemade quesadilla since probably the end of last school year. They were such a common lunch to have when living at 2205, and it seems odd to be having one again. Although, I probably would have had them at some point since then if it wasn't for a general lack of tortillas in my life. Also, not having a toaster oven makes it seem less trivial, cause I'm using a real oven to make it now. Maybe I'll try making my cheese on crackers in there as well since we are lacking in the microwave department as well.
