I've gone from staying ridiculously late on purpose, (well doing work that needs to get done) to just a plain old insomniac over the past few days/week. Now if I am able to get to bed before 4 am let alone fall asleep it is a miracle. I just have gotten myself into this odd sleeping pattern that definitely isnt healthy, but there isn't really much I can do about it. So tonight I shall try again, and seeing how it is only a little past 2 I may succeed and end up with almost 7 decent hours of sleep, quite an accomplishment for me considering my history of late.
